The RADAR program as aid to resolve repeating demands and guarantee of procedural efficiency

Abstract

The presence of artificial intelligence systems within the scope of the Judiciary raises questions that make it necessary to reflect on the reflexes of the use of these technologies in Law, especially in Brazil, where the high numbers of cases awaiting a solution fill the Courts. On this behalf, systems such as RADAR were developed with the aim of streamlining the procedures of the processes, making judicial decisions in less time. Given this, the present work intends to investigate how the RADAR program can contribute to the speed and efficiency of the process? Developing from the hypothesis that artificial intelligence resources such as RADAR can guarantee procedural efficiency in the application of repetitive demands. With the objective of presenting the RADAR program as an aid in resolving repetitive demands and ensuring procedural speed. The research was carried out using the deductive method and bibliographic review technique.
