Abstract

The paper is focused on presenting some of the reasons why it is possible, and desirable, to build applications, made or not using artificial intelligence tools, intended to assist in the activities of access to legal documents which are deemed to be necessary to adequately substantiate possible solutions to cases whose resolution is referred to judges. The paper is also concerned with showing that, contrary to the above, the construction and use of applications that directly assist in the judicial resolution of cases or problems arising in the exercise of human activities are undesirable. The achievement of the above objectives produces therefore the following conclusion: the appropriateness of the juridical working method used as opposed to the uselessness brought by other approaches to the same subject that assume the use of an exclusive technical methodology.
