Algorithms in the judicial decision
support to the reasoning
Abstract
The use of intelligent systems for the provision of judicial assistance is inevitable and the Judiciary needs to implement these new technologies to optimize jurisdictional activity. The implementation of algorithms matters, firstly, in studies on theoretical bases, especially the judicial decision. From the understanding of what a legal decision is, its constitutive elements and how it should be based, it is possible to systematize these elements for the application by Artificial Intelligence in support of the reasoning, as a support system for magistrates. Thus, an intelligent system of a ChatBot is idealized, which is constituted based on the legal requirements of a well-reasoned decision. Thus, the algorithm would provide a basis for the judge, enhancing the legal activity in the courts. The approach method is inductive and the research is constructed using the bibliographic method.Downloads
