the approach in Brazil and in Spain

Abstract

Electronic Government can be defined as the management of information and services carried out by institutions and government agencies fostered by the ICT being a form of delivery the availability of portals on the Internet. This delivery needs monitoring in its implementation and monitoring for its improvement. One of the ways of monitoring is through the creation of metrics, models and questionnaires to evaluate portals that aim to identify gaps and propose solutions. This article intends to present, through a narrative review, a synthesis of the approaches found in the evaluation field of e-Gov portals in Brazil and Spain.
