Abstract

This article explores the transformation of the Electoral Glossary of the Superior Electoral Court into a Legal Thesaurus. The goal is to enhance legal knowledge by providing a more effective structure for understanding electoral information. The approach method is inductive, with a descriptive procedure, as it involves an analysis of the legal usage of the TSE's electoral glossary, followed by the application of information systems techniques to generate a Thesaurus, with a special focus on the term "electoral research," describing and analyzing the possibilities of its application in the electoral context. At the end, it is observed that the resource significantly contributes to the understanding and application of Electoral Law, allowing for constant updates, system integration, and automation of processes to support judicial decision-making.
