Artificial intelligence and judicial precedents
a reflection on the means of standardization and systematization of the Brazilian Judiciary
Abstract
The article analyzes artificial intelligence and the system of judicial precedents as mechanisms to contribute to the organization, stability and optimization of the Brazilian Judiciary. The research aims to understand how artificial intelligence can transform into a paradigmatic change in the Justice System, and, as a consequence, standardize the Law, bringing savings to society and greater efficiency for the Judiciary. In this perspective, the integration of judicial precedents with artificial intelligence will provide greater coherence to the legal order, thus contributing to the reasonable duration of the process, legal certainty, the reduction of access to the double degree of jurisdiction and the rationalization of expenses to the judiciary and State. The hypothetical method used is the deductive hypothesis with the use of bibliographic review.Downloads
